Assistant Franchise Accountant
£25K - £30K
Vacancy has been filled by Trial Balance Consulting pending candidate commencement - No further enquiries required at this time.
Trial Balance Consulting are working in partnership with an award winning international services provider who seek to recruit an ambitious and motivated individual for an interesting new opportunity. The role closely supports the franchise partnering team and would be well suited to an experienced Accounts Assistant/Assistant Accountant seeking an opportunity to diversify their experience in a commercially orientated post. Previous experience or knowledge gained within a franchising environment would be desirable, but by no means essential.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering key financial projects within the franchise team. It will entail the collation, analysis and interpretation of financial information within the franchise department and will involve an element of presentation. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and developing the businesses bespoke CRM system and input information for use across multiple departments. The role will work closely with finance and franchise based colleagues, so good commercial acumen and interpersonal skills will be essential.
Ideally, you’ll possess a full AAT qualification and potentially be part qualified ACCA/CIMA. You’ll require exceptional analytical skills and ideally have a good grasp of KPIs and performance management. You should be a competent user of MS office programs and possess the aptitude to learn bespoke systems (full training provided). Perhaps more important than technical experience will be your pragmatic and confident approach. Hopefully you’ll be coming from a business where good commercial awareness will be key, along with the ability to lead projects and work within small teams.
The role is rurally based so own vehicle transport will be essential.
In return for your efforts you will enjoy a particularly varied opportunity where your input and opinion will be genuinely respected. The business has a superb record for staff retention and opportunities to progress will be without limit. For further details please contact Elle Benjamin quoting reference EB4207.
