As a fast growing business It was important for us to find the right calibre of candidate, one that enjoys the inevitable change that growth brings and at the same time an individual who would fit within the culture of our business. Due to further expansion we were seeking a new Financial Controller. I approached Trial Balance and they very quickly identified a suitable shortlist of candidates.
