As a fast growing business It was important for us to find the right calibre of candidate, one that enjoys the inevitable change that growth brings and at the same time an individual who would fit within the culture of our business. Having advertised directly without success, Dan was quick to understand our requirements and was very specific in the CV’s he sent over for the role which arrived in my inbox within a couple of days.
