Management Accountant - Bodmin / Hybrid - £33,000
Trial Balance Consulting have been engaged by a leading public services organisation who seek to recruit a Management Accountant to join their finance team. This is a brand new role which will require the successful candidate to provide a range of business intelligence material. The organisation offers hybrid office based/remote working and this post can be completed x3 days from their offices in Bodmin and x2 days remotely.
Working closely with the Head of Finance, this is a broad opportunity that works across many areas of financial control. Key responsibilities to include:
- Preparation of detailed management accounts with full commentary
- Assist with the production of statutory accounts and regulatory returns
- Developing and implementing financial systems and controls
- Budget preparation
- Assist with producing detailed reports for current and upcoming projects and expansion plans
We seek an experienced Management Accountant, either professionally qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or qualified by experience with recently gained experience in a similar role. Strong IT skills are essential along with a collaborative working style to ensure good relationships are built with colleagues, customers and stakeholders alike.
