Accounts Senior / Client Manager

The company offers a non-hierarchical structure, but this role would suit an experienced Accounts Senior or Client Manager with strong practice experience who is looking to take a lead role within a friendly accounts team.

Your duties in this role will include preparing and reviewing year end accounts and tax returns, managing a portfolio of clients, supervising and mentoring junior staff members, workflow planning, and providing meaningful business advice to your clients.

This role would be an excellent fit for a nearly or fully qualified ACA or ACCA with extensive experience in an accountancy practice environment. You will need to be able to demonstrate a strong technical background along with the interpersonal skills and commercial acumen to deal with a very client-focused position.
