My client is a leading accountancy practice with a strong foothold in the South West. They are very forward thinking and with future growth on the agenda, they are looking to strengthen their corporate and business services team with the appointment of a dynamic Senior Manager or Director.

Applicants will be ACA or ACCA qualified with significant post qualification experience gained within a practice setting, and of course you will have a very strong technical background in all aspects of financial statement preparation and tax compliance. This firm prides itself on its holistic service offering, so you will need to have a broader commercial and strategic skillset to offer both internally and to your clients, and you will also coordinate the provision of a broad suite of professional services.

You will also be required to mentor and inspire a team of motivated and high calibre professionals, so your communication skills should be first class. Another key component of the position will be your ability to network with your clients and to promote the services of the firm to drive future business growth.
