Audit Senior - Full or Part-Time - Truro - £35,000 - £45,000 FTE

Trial Balance are delighted to be working with a leading accountancy practice in Truro, looking to appoint an experienced Audit Senior. Both full-time and part-time applications are welcomed, with the opportunity to discuss working hours and arrangements to suit the successful candidate.

As Audit Senior, your responsibilities will include:

- Planning and carrying out audit assignments for clients across a range of industries

- Managing client relationships and providing a reliable point of contact throughout the audit process

- Co-ordinating with senior colleagues to ensure assignments are delivered efficiently and to a high standard

- Discussing audit findings with clients and helping to resolve queries as they arise

- Guiding and supporting junior team members, helping them develop their skills and knowledge

- Maintaining accurate working papers and ensuring assignments meet relevant standards and deadlines

The successful Audit Senior will:

Bring substantial experience from an accountancy practice, together with a sound understanding of auditing requirements and relevant accounting standards. You'll be comfortable managing several assignments, working with online accounting systems and communicating confidently with clients and colleagues.

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a positive, pro-active approach will be important, alongside the ability to contribute effectively within a collaborative team.
