A well-established and highly regarded accountancy practice in Swansea is looking to recruit an Accounts Semi Senior to join its friendly and supportive team. Offering exposure to a varied client portfolio, regular client contact and plenty of opportunity to develop your technical skills, this is a great opportunity to continue building your career within practice.

This Accounts Semi Senior role will include:

- Assisting in the preparation of year-end accounts and tax computations for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies

- Preparing and submitting VAT returns

- Assisting with bookkeeping assignments using cloud accounting software including Xero and Sage

- Building strong relationships with clients and responding to day-to-day queries

- Attending client meetings alongside senior colleagues where required

The ideal Accounts Semi Senior candidate will:

Already have experience working within an accountancy practice and be confident preparing accounts for a varied portfolio of clients.

You'll have strong communication skills, good attention to detail and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team. A pro-active approach and the ability to manage your own workload will be important, alongside a genuine interest in continuing to develop your technical and client-facing skills.
