Trial Balance are delighted to be working with a well-established and highly respected accountancy practice in Holsworthy, looking to recruit a Senior Practice Accountant to join its experienced and supportive team. With an excellent reputation for delivering a personal service and building long-term client relationships, the practice continues to grow and is now looking for another talented accountant to join the business.

As a Senior Practice Accountant, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing a portfolio of clients, acting as the main point of contact for their accounting and taxation requirements

- Preparing and reviewing year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies

- Building strong client relationships, providing practical advice and ongoing support

- Supporting and mentoring members of the accounts team

- Ensuring work is completed accurately and within agreed deadlines

- Working closely with the Directors to support the continued growth and development of the practice.

The successful Senior Practice Accountant candidate will:

Have previous experience working within an accountancy practice and be confident managing client relationships alongside accounts and tax work.

ACA or ACCA qualifications would be advantageous, although applications are equally welcomed from candidates who are qualified by experience. You'll be organised, proactive and an excellent communicator, with the ability to manage multiple priorities whilst maintaining a consistently high standard of client service.
