Trial Balance are delighted to be working with a well-established and highly regarded accountancy practice in Swindon, looking to recruit an Accounts and Audit Senior to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a varied client portfolio, build lasting client relationships and continue developing your career within a collaborative environment.

As an Accounts and Audit Senior, your responsibilities will include:

- Planning and delivering external audit assignments from planning through to completion

- Preparing statutory accounts for a varied portfolio of clients

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients

- Working closely with colleagues across the audit and accounts teams, including supporting and reviewing the work of more junior team members

The successful Accounts and Audit Senior candidate will ideally be ACA or ACCA qualified, or part-qualified, with previous experience gained within an accountancy practice environment.

You'll have a strong technical grounding across both audit and accounts, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a varied workload while maintaining high standards of client service. Due to the nature of the role, previous audit and accounts experience within practice is essential.
