A well-established and highly regarded accountancy practice in Bournemouth, is looking to recruit an Accounts Senior to join its friendly and collaborative team. As an Accounts Senior, your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and reviewing year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies

- Preparing corporate and personal tax returns

- Completing and reviewing VAT returns

- Building strong relationships with clients, providing practical advice and responding to day-to-day queries

- Supporting and mentoring more junior members of the team

- Working closely with Managers and Partners to ensure a consistently high standard of client service

The successful Accounts Senior candidate will:

Have previous experience working within an accountancy practice and be confident preparing accounts and tax returns for a varied client portfolio.

ACA or ACCA qualifications would be advantageous, although applications are welcomed from part-qualified accountants and candidates who are qualified by experience. Strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities will all be key to success in this role.
