Due to continued growth, this highly-respected and successful accountancy practice is looking to recruit a Client Manager to join its Truro office. Working with a diverse portfolio of businesses, you'll take ownership of client relationships, oversee the delivery of accounts and tax services and provide commercially focused advice that helps clients achieve their long-term goals.

As Client Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing a portfolio of clients and acting as their primary point of contact

- Reviewing statutory accounts, management accounts, tax computations and VAT returns

- Delivering high-quality accounting, taxation and business advisory services

- Leading client assignments, ensuring work is completed accurately on-time

- Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to provide additional services

- Supporting Partners and Directors with client meetings, business development and advisory projects

- Monitoring assignment budgets, profitability and workflow

- Mentoring and reviewing the work of junior members of the team

The successful candidate will:

Be ACA or ACCA qualified with significant experience gained within an accountancy practice environment. You'll have a strong technical background across accounts preparation, taxation and advisory work, together with previous experience managing a client portfolio.

The successful Client Manager candidate will be a confident communicator who enjoys building long-term client relationships, developing colleagues and delivering practical commercial advice. Previous experience reviewing work, managing multiple assignments and supporting business development activities will be highly beneficial.
