As the business continues to expand, an opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Semi Senior or Accounts Senior to join its friendly team in Ivybridge. Working with a varied client portfolio and alongside experienced colleagues, you'll enjoy a role that offers plenty of variety, responsibility and genuine opportunities for career progression.

The role of Accounts Semi Senior / Accounts Senior will include:

- Managing a varied portfolio of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies

- Preparing year-end accounts and statutory financial statements

- Preparing personal and corporate tax returns, whilst providing ongoing support and advice to clients

- Completing VAT returns and bookkeeping duties

- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, responding to day-to-day accounting queries

- Working closely with colleagues to deliver a high-quality and personalised service

This role would suit an experienced accountancy practice accountant with a strong background in accounts preparation and tax compliance. You'll have previous experience working within an accountancy practice environment and be confident managing a varied workload whilst building positive client relationships.
