A growing accountancy practice in Wadebridge is looking to recruit an Accounts Semi Senior or Accounts Senior to join its friendly and collaborative team on a part-time basis (three days per week). The role will include:

- Preparing year-end accounts for sole traders and partnerships

- Preparing VAT returns and supporting clients with their bookkeeping requirements

- Preparing personal tax returns

- Posting journals and preparing trial balances

- Building strong relationships with clients and providing day-to-day accounting support

- Working with cloud-based accounting software, including Xero

We're looking for:

Previous experience within an accountancy practice is essential, and you'll ideally be AAT qualified or part-qualified, although candidates who describe themselves as qualified by experience are also encouraged to apply.

Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a pro-active approach are all key to succeeding in this role.
