The basic facts? This role is with a Paignton-based accountancy practice who have an excellent reputation and a loyal client portfolio. Salary is competitive and will be negotiable depending on experience. 

The role? Essentially, this could be a pathway towards management and even directorship in the future. Whilst you will work on a diverse mix of statutory accounting and tax-related assignments, there will also be a large amount of focus on business development and client management. 

ACA, ACCA or AAT qualifications would be highly beneficial but are not essential. Person fit is going to be just as important and a solid background in accountancy practice will be required.
