Trial Balance are working with one of the region’s largest and most progressive firms in their search for an Accounts Senior to join their Exeter team.  

Working with a variety of clients, this role will see you:

-Completing annual accounts and tax computations for various businesses

-Submitting self-assessment tax returns

-Maintaining up-to-date accounting records

-Completing quarterly VAT and sub-contractor returns, ensuring CIS compliance

-Adhering to internal policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements

-Drafting client correspondence and liaising with HMRC

-Providing administrative and business setup services

-Supervising and training less experienced team members

This role would suit an experienced statutory accounting professional, with extensive experience in an accountancy practice environment. You will likely be AAT qualified or part or fully qualified ACA or ACCA. Candidates who consider themselves to be qualified by experience will also be considered.
