An exciting opportunity has arisen within a local company to recruit a Part Time Ledger Co-Ordinator.

Reporting to the Management Accountant, the main purpose of the role is to ensure that the ledgers are kept up to date in a timely manner. The role is approx 21½ hours, they are flexible as to how these hours are achieved. Finding the right person is more important.

You will be responsible for managing suppliers and keeping up regular communication. Providing invoices & statements, reconciling statements, managing payment runs and chasing overdue invoices.

This is a high volume role so accurate coding and posting skills will be essential. You may also be required to investigate and unravel clients accounts' to make sure there is nothing missing on the system.

The ideal candidate will have gained experience in a similar role and possess strong IT skills, a working knowledge of Sage 50 would be great too!
