Part Time Finance Administrator

Trial Balance Consulting is once again working with a successful charity based in Thornbury. On this occasion they seek to recruit a part time Finance Administrator (30 hours per week), to join their friendly team.

This is a pivotal role within the team where the potholder will take a lead responsibility in producing accurate financial records for onward submission to the Head of Finance.

You will be responsible for the general finance administration including purchase & sales ledger, project budget management, preparing payment runs, petty cash and reconciliations.

You will also assist assist in some aspects of Human Resources; maintaining employee records, updating starters & leavers, and assisting in monthly payroll preparation.

The successful candidate should possess a strong aptitude for MS Office products, particularly MS Excel.
