Urgent Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk (2 Days Per Week) - Exmouth - £26,000 - £30,000 FTE

Trial Balance Consulting have been exclusively assigned by a longstanding client to assist with the recruitment of a Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk to provide additional support to their finance team on a part-time basis.

Working as part of a friendly and supportive finance function, the successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the purchase ledger process across two days per week, working Mondays and Thursdays. Reporting to the Financial Controller, key duties will include matching, batching and coding supplier invoices, reconciling supplier statements, preparing payment runs, resolving supplier queries, and ensuring all records are maintained accurately and efficiently.

This opportunity would suit an experienced purchase ledger professional who can quickly integrate into a busy team and work with minimal supervision. Applicants should possess strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a confident and professional communication style.
