Interim Management Accountant - Full Time - Truro - £34,000 - £39,000 - 2-3 Month Temporary Assignment

Are you an experienced Management Accountant who enjoys stepping in and adding value quickly?

Trial Balance Consulting is supporting a long standing client, a well respected Cornish services business with the recruitment of an Interim Management Accountant to join their Finance team on a 2–3 month temporary basis. 

Reporting to the Finance Director, you’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial reporting across the group and it's associated commercial entities. This is a hands-on role within a collaborative team, ideal for someone comfortable picking things up quickly and supporting during a busy period.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Producing monthly management accounts

- Balance sheet reconciliations and VAT returns

- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and audit processes

- Assisting with statutory reporting and treasury activities

- Providing cover across the wider Finance team as required

This role would suit a confident Management Accountant, Assistant Management Accountant would also be considered with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and previous experience working to tight deadlines.
