Construction Finance Manager - Bristol (North) - Circa: £45,000
If you’re a highly organised Finance Manager with strong experience gained within the construction sector, we’d really like to hear from you! We’re working with a rapidly expanding owner managed home builder with big plans. Their business has taken off over the past few years and future projections are extremely encouraging looking ford.
They now seek to recruit an experienced Finance Manager who can also take on the company’s senior administration and office management tasks. This is a varied position which will allow the successful candidate to take full charge of all accounting systems and policies; a great opportunity to develop and streamline the function. With sound technical accounting skills, you’ll also have the ability to lead and influence colleagues from a range of departments, and play a key role on the company’s senior management team.
In addition to managing the finance function, you’ll also play a key role in overseeing the business administration duties to include: vehicle management, insurance renewals, H&S, IT and telephone systems and HR administration.
We’re less concerned about formal qualifications, but solid exposure to the construction/home building sector are an absolute must. You’ll also require good IT aptitude, ideally with good experience of Sage Line 50, MS office and a knowledge of MTD.
