Senior Group Management Accountant - Liskeard – £50,000 – £60,000 FTE (Pro Rata) – Part time (20 to 25 hours) – Permanent

If you're an experienced finance professional looking for a senior role that offers genuine flexibility, international exposure and the opportunity to influence business growth at board level, this is a rare and genuinely exciting opportunity. I'm working with a well-established international business based in Liskeard with entities across Europe and Asia, that is looking for a Senior Group Management Accountant to take ownership of group reporting, cash flow forecasting, audit management and financial oversight across the group.

This is a newly created position reporting directly to the Board, encompassing:

- Preparation of monthly UK management accounts and consolidated group reporting.

- Producing and maintaining group cash flow forecasts and monitoring banking arrangements, finance costs and foreign exchange exposure.

- Leading UK and international audit processes and overseeing intercompany accounting, recharges and associated compliance requirements.

- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis across the business and identifying opportunities to improve finance systems, reporting and controls.

- Partnering with the Board to support strategic decision making and providing leadership and support to the wider accounts function.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience producing management accounts and consolidated group reporting, ideally within a multi-company or international group environment. A strong understanding of audit management, intercompany accounting and foreign exchange exposure is essential, alongside the ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders and a proactive approach to process improvement.
