Trial Balance are delighted to be working once again with this client in their search for an experienced Finance Manager. This is a business that sets high standards and has become a trusted name for both locals and visitors. You will be working closely with a talented leadership team and an inspirational, entrepreneurial MD, making this a far more engaging opportunity than a typical finance manager role.

Reporting to the company directors and working with the senior management team, you will take responsibility for:

- Producing monthly management accounts

- Preparing cashflow forecasts and reports

- Producing profit and loss and balance sheet reports

- Managing aged debtors

- Overseeing weekly and monthly payroll

- Completing VAT reporting

- Ensuring the smooth running of the end-to-end finance function

- Managing and developing a small finance team

This is a pivotal role for the company and would suit an experienced finance manager or a management accountant seeking to step up. Ideally, you will hold a recognised professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA), though candidates with a full AAT qualification or who are qualified by experience are also encouraged to apply.
