Finance Administrator - Falmouth - £17-19,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Administrator to join an established industrial services business based in Falmouth. The role will be offered on a full time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Finance Director, the Finance Administrator will be responsible for a number of day to day functions in this fast paced environment.
Duties will include:
- Processing and entering purchase invoices
- Monthly payment runs
- Accounts payable reporting and providing information for Management Accounts
- Daily invoicing and dealing with issues
- Taking payments
- Dealing with Credit Control issues
The successful candidate will be:
- Ideally (though not essentially) AAT qualified
- Possess experience of using Sage Line 50
- A dynamic individual
- Have experience of high volume invoice processing
