Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk

Trial Balance Consulting are working with a longstanding client in the Newton Abbot area to source a Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk to join them for a short term assignment.
Reporting into the Financial Controller this role is full time (9am – 5pm) and is envisaged to last for 3 weeks.
As the Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk you will be responsible for:
• Processing invoices for multiple businesses
• Setting up supplier accounts and maintaining the purchase ledger
• Monthly reconciliations
• Adhoc Debtor Chasing
The ideal candidate will have gained experience in a similar role, have knowledge of Sage accounting software, possess a clear and confident telephone manner and will be available for an immediate start.
