My client has experienced a very strong record of growth in recent years, and due to the expansion of their business both via acquisition and organically, they need to strengthen their senior management capability.

Of course, as an experienced Senior Manager within practice, you will already have strong technical competence in all areas of statutory accounting and tax compliance, and the credibility and interpersonal skills to deal with senior management both internally and within your client portfolio. This role will also offer you the chance to vastly broaden your horizons as a trusted business advisor to your SME client base, with the opportunity to take a lead role in a varied and interesting caseload, including aspects of corporate finance, strategy and tax planning.

Communication is at the heart of everything that you will do in this role, from management and mentoring of junior staff members through to new business development and networking with stakeholders within HMRC, the senior management team and your diverse client portfolio.
