Interim Purchase/Sales Ledger Clerk - Redruth - £18-22,000 FTE

Trial Balance Consulting have been assigned by a large regional services provider who seek to recruit an experienced general Ledger Clerk to join their team. This is an immediate requirement being offered on a fixed term contract of six months.

The successful candidate will take a lead responsibility in the efficient processing of the purchase and sales ledger whilst lending ad-hoc assistance to other areas of the finance function. The potholder will also act as an initial point of contact for a vast range of new and existing suppliers and customers.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in a sales or purchase ledger (or combined) role, and be able to code and match invoices accurately and efficiently. Due to the level of external contact required, a personable and customer focussed attitude will be essential. Candidates will ideally be at least part qualified AAT and possess a good understanding of MS Excel and general double entry bookkeeping
