Finance Assistant - Exeter - £17-18,500
We’ve been assigned by a long standing and rapidly expanding client operating in the education sector. They are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Finance Assistant to join their team in Exeter (North) on a permanent basis
As Finance Assistant, you will wear many hats and you will need to be good at juggling (not literally, although that might help!). You will be responsible for invoicing, managing the credit control processes, issuing supplier statements, registering and posting purchase invoices, raising purchase orders, managing supplier contracts, keeping records up to date and much more. You will also assist senior mangers with many aspects of administration and support.
This is a busy office, and you will need to handle sensitive information. You might also need to speak to customers, over the phone or face to face, so will need to have a professional and presentable demeanour.
Whilst full AAT qualifications would be great, our client is very happy to support those who are part AAT or indeed QBE. Good MS Office, particularly Excel skills are a must.
If you are someone who is one step ahead and isn’t afraid to see a problem and solve it then please get in touch with Elle Benjamin, quoting ref EB5315.
