Trial Balance Consulting are delighted to have been assigned by a leading firm of Chartered Accountants & Business Advisors operating throughout the Southwest and beyond. Accountancy software has changed dramatically over recent years and this firm is embracing the technological developments by assisting their clients with a move from traditional to online platforms.

This is a brand new position within a recently established division of their firm allowing the successful candidate a good deal of autonomy to shape the general operation of the post. You’ll be working alongside a number of product IT trainers whilst lending support to colleagues across a variety of departments.

The key responsibilities of the role will entail the delivery of successful training modules, primarily to clients, but in some cases department colleagues. The ideal candidate will be part/fully professionally qualified (ACA/ACCA), and possess a great technical understanding across all aspects of general bookkeeping, routine tax planning, VAT and accounts preparation. Essentially, you’ll be an accomplished accountant but with a great aptitude to all things software orientated. You should have a good understanding of modern online accounting platforms as well as experience using more traditional desktop products. A good understanding of MS Office (mainly Excel) will also be required.

The role may involve a degree of travel across other offices within the network but is unlikely to require any notable overnight stays. For further details, and to apply, please contact Carly Kellow quoting reference CK5511.
