Charity Tax Manager (Non-practice!) - Bridport - £30-35,000

Disillusioned practice based tax whiz? Ex HMRC tax specialist? This may be the perfect opportunity for you.

Trial Balance Consulting have been assigned by a specialist charity who seek to recruit a Tax Manager to join their well-established, highly ethical organisation. This is an interesting opportunity that will put the post holders’ technical and client management experience to excellent use - without the need to log a time sheet entry every six minutes!

The charity provides free of charge specialist personal tax experience to a wide range of clients. You’ll be a go-to expert providing advisory services to clients as well as acting as a key point of contact to other staff members. You’ll also assist the organisation in producing advisory guides and providing up to date web based content.

It’s a challenging but highly rewarding role with a lot of scope - no two days are likely to be the same. To be considered for the role you’ll need to be an experienced tax professional, probably with extensive experience gained in practice or with HMRC. You should be ATT or CTA (part/fully) qualified with good all round technical knowledge of personal taxation and exposure to liaising directly with clients. The role will be predominantly based in Bridport but may require occasional travel to London also. Please note: this opportunity can be available on a full or part time basis either 3,4 or 5 days per week. Salary will be pro rata.

If you’d like to learn more about this interesting opportunity, please contact Carly Kellow ASAP quoting reference CK5249. All enquiries/applications will be handled in the strictest of confidence.
