Finance Administrator (Part time)
£19K - £23K

Are you an Accounts Assistant looking to build your skills and experience? Are you seeking part time work but with the flexibility to work more hours when required?
I am working with a fantastic family run construction business in Pontyclun, as they recruit a Finance & Payroll Administrator to join their team on a part time basis. You will be working directly alongside the Finance Director and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of the finance and payroll.
The Important bit-
You will have experience of:
• Payroll (PAYE & CIS)
• Vat returns
• Assisting with month / year end
• Induction of new staff and CIS
• Setting up new projects and suppliers
• A history in finance administration with payroll
• IRIS and Sage experience
Applicants will need to have previous experience in a finance based role and can be AAT qualified or qualified by experience. Due to the nature of the role you will at times be expected to cover the finance aspect of the business on your own, therefore if you have worked at a similar level of autonomy previously, you will be particularly desirable.
The Interesting bit:
• Hours: Monday- Friday 9am – 3pm (with flexibility)
• Salary up to £23k (pro rata)
• 25 days annual leave (pro rata)
• 2 week Christmas close down (using 4/5 days leave)
