***Urgent! *** Trial Balance Consulting have been exclusively assigned by our long-standing client, highly regarded Cornish employer who seek to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk. The role works within a very friendly and experienced finance function and the company has a strong record for internal promotion and career development. 

The role is immediately vacant and preference will be given to candidates who are able to commence at short notice. 

The role reports to the senior finance team and works as part of an energetic and passionate function. Key responsibilities to include: 

- Matching supplier invoices to POs

- Daily banking & matching receipts and payments to invoices

- Assist with reconciliation and monthly reporting

- Assist in the preparation of payment runs

- Other ad-hoc duties to assist colleagues in finance team

We’re seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator with exceptional accuracy and organisational skills. The role will call for a high level of IT aptitude, particularly in the use of MS Excel and cloud-based accounting platforms. The role will liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders across the business so exceptional communication skills and a customer focussed attitude are must-have qualities.
