Trial Balance Consulting have been exclusively reassigned by a long-term client, a construction and engineering business who produce bespoke products to customers on a national level. Their business is booming and their finance function has grown significantly over the past twelve months. They now seek to recruit a SAGE finance administrator to join their team near Truro on a full time, permanent basis.
This is an important role within the business and the successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for procurement, dealing with suppliers, customers, and other users of the SAGE platform. It’s a role that will require a great attention to detail and the ability to effectively converse with internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities:
- Handling procurement projects
- Obtaining quotations from suppliers
- Using SAGE to process purchase orders
- Collating paperwork and matching purchase orders to invoices
- Managing invoices
- Ad hoc assistance to the logistics team
Applicants do not need to be formally qualified but should have great organisational skills and excellent SAGE and general IT aptitude.
