Part Time Accounts Assistant

Part Time Accounts Assistant - Okehampton - Circa: £19,500 FTE

Trial Balance have been exclusively assigned to once again assist a sizable and well established FMCG manufacturer based in Okehampton. They currently seek to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a part time basis with 20 hours to be completed over 4-5 days. 

This is a fundamental role that will work closely with the Financial Controller to assist with a wide range of accounting tasks including the maintenance of purchase and sales ledgers, credit management to include credit control and monitoring credit limits, providing financial information to all departmental managers throughout the business, and a range of ad hoc accounting duties. The role will call for effective communication skills as the position with regularly liaise with both customers, suppliers and colleagues. 

We’re looking for an experience Accounts Assistant with a good understanding of the accounting lifecycle. Part or fully AAT qualified desirable, but applicant who possess suitable career experience are also invited to apply.
