Part Time Sales Administrator – Truro - £18-25,000 Pro Rata

We’re searching for a skilful Sales Administrator to help shape our utopia and we’re excited to uncover the right person; somebody that shares our passion, our enthusiasm and perhaps most importantly, our philosophy for continued and sustained success. 

The role is pivotal to our team and the successful applicant will be an asset to everybody in equal measure; our MD and our Recruitment Consultants, not to mention our clients, our candidates, and our suppliers. 

We’re not in the business of making demands because a job is (or should be) a two-way street. But if you pride yourself on your expert efficiency, ability to spin multiple plates simultaneously, incredible organisational skills, sound wordsmithery and spoken confidence, then it looks like you’re the sort of person we’re looking for. 

We’re not stipulating prior recruitment sector experience but demonstrable experience gained in a similar role, ideally with a modern business is high on our wish list. 

We can talk about the nuts and the bolts of the job over an informal and inadequately structured meeting, but if you’re curious about applying, here’s what we think we can offer: 

Hours of work – We’re open from 0830 until 1730 Monday – Friday. Initially, we’re searching for somebody on a part time basis, ideally 25-30 hours per week and divvied up over 5 days. That said, we’re flexible and for the right candidate we’ll sort something that works for us all. 

Money - £18-25,000 base salary (full time equivalent). Company performance related bonus after a settling in period. Various other quirky remuneration ideas (and realities).  

Environment – Modern, clean offices based on the outskirts of Truro, with parking. 

Technology – Apple Macs for all, VOIP internet, an efficient cloud-based way of working, big desks (no sharing) and nice chairs. 

Culture – Every day is dress down day, office music (a contentious issue), several four-legged office friends, diverse banter. We don’t ring a bell when we make a sale.    

Perks – Endless Nespresso, occasional gin, generous holidays (birthday off, total shut down between Xmas and New Year), social events etc. 

We’re just celebrated our 13th birthday and a lot has changed since we set up shop. But our values and our core team haven’t. They’re sounder than ever, and that’s why we treat our own recruitment just as seriously as we do our clients’. We don’t employ for vanity and we don’t like losing our people. We grow responsibly so that our team stick with us for the long game.
