This is a permanent opportunity that will ideally work over a 35 hour working week but could be negotiable to suit the successful candidate. The company promotes a highly flexible hybrid working arrangement that could see the successful candidate working remotely up to four days per week (if required).
The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Finance and other members of the administration team to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the accounting lifecycle. Key responsibilities to include:
- General company bookkeeping using Sage
- Administration of the accounts payable function
- Bank reconciliations
- Processing credit card transactions and staff expenses
- Assist Director of Finance with major accounting projects
- Assist in the administration of IT contracts, data protection requirements and Health & Safety
For this role we seek a candidate who possesses at least 12-18 months of general finance experience to include accurate maintenance of an accounts payable function.
