Interim Purchase Ledger Clerk - Truro Outskirts 

Trial Balance Consulting have been reengaged by our long-term client, a nationally recognised successful retailer and exporter based outside of Truro to urgently find a purchase ledger clerk. This role is temporary role which will definitely go up until Christmas (it could even go into January!)

The role is also part time, 22.5 hours which could be 3 full days or a few short days, they are flexible. 

The role works as part of an experienced, fast paced accounting function with the following key responsibilities: 

- Administration of purchase ledger invoices 

- Reconciliation of supplier statements

- Assisting with payment runs

- Petty cash administration

- Raiding and assigning PO numbers

- Dealing with supplier queries

- Assisting with accounts receivable

For this role we’re seeking a candidate with up to date and recently gained experience in accounts payable or receivable, either QBE or part/AAT qualified. Sage would be ideal, as well as speed, accuracy, attention to detail and strong customer communication skills.
