This is a rare opportunity to join the business in a role of pivotal responsibility and with fantastic ongoing potential. The Head of Finance will lead a medium sized finance team, supports a number of staff and operates at senior management level. As you might have guessed, we’re not looking for just any ordinary candidate. 

We’re looking for an exceptionally well trained and experienced Head of Finance who possesses A1 technical experience as well sound commercial judgement. You’ll be taking a lead role in ensuring the efficient financial controls across multiple entities and with multiple income streams. We’re seeking a candidate who feels as comfortable with management reporting as they do statutory accounting, leading audits, budgeting, forecasting and benchmarking. 

Is this you? You’re a professionally qualified finance professional (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), probably operating at Head of Finance or senior Financial Controller level. You’ve got great experience gained in a diverse medium to large organisation (for profit or not for profit), where you regularly commentate at board level. You’ll be a natural leader, with past experience in managing your own team, developing their skills and mentoring their progress. Your skills in identifying potential improvements and leading finance projects will be demonstrable and your experience of using technology in previous roles will be obvious. Most importantly, you’ll possess the ability to recognise the values and cultures of a growing business and hit the ground running within a friendly and likeminded team environment.
