Finance Manager

Are you already a Finance Manager or a strong Management Accountant looking for the next stage of your career? If you are and you’re level headed, practical and a good communicator then my client will want to see your details! Trial Balance Consulting have been exclusively assigned to assist our client in their search for a new Finance Manager. They are a very successful business with multiple income streams that can offer excellent job security. The role is offered on a full time and permanent basis. 

The main purpose of the role will be to oversee all the day to day accounting activities. In addition, they want someone who can develop a growing finance team, produce decent management reports and cashflow forecasts. The successful candidate will be commercially focused and enjoy getting stuck into detailed analytical work!

It’s a role that calls for strong strategic awareness and excellent interpersonal skills. The role reports to the Managing Director and comes with a small, experienced finance team. This is a role that allows great autonomy to develop and improve the function, as well as ensuring that all internal and statutory accounting procedures are performed exceptionally. 

Producing strong management reports for monthly discussion, identifying opportunities to improve, ensuring positive cashflow, budgeting and adhering to financial accounting policies are all key aspects of the role.
