Trial Balance has been assigned by our client, a fast-paced manufacturing business based in Plymouth with a nationwide customer base, to source a Finance Team Leader to join a busy, high performing and friendly team.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, your key focus will be to oversee the finance team to ensure that business objectives are met efficiently and effectively. Specifically, you will manage the accounts payable, receivable and credit control functions, manage the month end processes and supervise a small team, to include monitoring KPIs, holding regular team and individual meetings, and getting stuck in yourself to ensure the job gets done!

This role would suit an AAT qualified or QBE candidate with a strong background in transactional accounting, natural leadership skills and an ability to motivate and inspire those around you. Strong IT skills are essential and experience with Sage Line 50 would be highly beneficial.
