Recruitment options can generally be categorised in the following areas:
Temporary placement: In general this is the preferred option for very short term assignments and/or where no contract end date is known or can be established from the outset. It’s a useful option if you have a task to be completed but are unsure as to the timescales, for example the implementation of a new system or clearing an accounts back log. The candidate is officially deemed as an employee of Trial Balance and enters your business, completes the assignment and then the contract comes to an end.
