At offer stage, we will first obtain a candidates acceptance and then arrange a mutual start date to suit both parties. We will also be happy to obtain references and once a firm offer has been made, Trial Balance will pass candidate contact details to the client.
Crucially, this is not the end of our involvement with either the client or candidate and we will work closely to ensure that the agreed start date is achieved. Should a problem arise, then we are here to help and will do our utmost to iron out any niggles. We will not invoice a client until a candidate has commenced employment and we will maintain contact for several months after this to ensure that the placement is effective for both parties.
