At Trial Balance, we feel it important to openly and honestly describe the process that we intend to take when our client’s pass their assignments to us. We endeavour to promote total transparency and for that reason, want to describe our search technique in detail.
"we feel it important to openly and honestly describe the
process that we intend to take"
Once established it’s helpful if you can tell us a bit about your vacancy, though not essential and if you can’t be 100% sure at this stage – we can assist. If you have a job specification then even better and if not, then again we are happy to advice. Trial Balance work hard to understand the technical aspects of a role, as well as the culture and ethos of a client’s business. We’ve found in the past that some recruiters know very little about the client that they are recruiting for. This is remarkable when you consider that a key part of their job is educating prospective candidates in order to grasp their interest.
We’ll ask you questions about candidate search criteria, such as; if any formal qualifications will be required, past experience or perhaps aspirations for the future that you’ll be looking for.
