We will never, ever submit or discuss your details with companies until we have gained your prior permission. It’s a rule that we stick to rigidly and you should dismiss any other recruiter who mail shots your CV without asking you first – it’s totally detrimental to your job search. Neither will we ever attempt to push you into a role that you are not 100% happy with and would rather you get the chance to say "no thank you”, than never hear about the role in the first place.

When we submit your details to a client, we will handle your application with total skill and professionalism and pass on as much or as little information to clients as you like. We’ll also keep you 100% up to speed with the status of your application and won’t simply ignore you if you are not shortlisted, a frustration many candidates have voiced to us when using other agencies.

We can offer valuable advice for the interview stage and can help you to prepare with company research. We will always endeavour to get a written job specification to you, even if the company has not authored it themselves. Assuming the interview process is successful and you are offered a position, once again we’ll take a very open minded approach to putting this to you and if you decide to accept, we’ll help to make your transition as smooth as possible.

Crucially, this is not the end of our involvement with either you or the client and we will work closely to ensure that the agreed start date is achieved. Should a problem arise, then we are here to help and will do our utmost to iron out any niggles, and we will maintain contact for several months to ensure that the placement is effective and satisfying for both parties.
